Great advice. I used to buy the Nike Vaporflys but the ASICS metaspeed have changed my running game significantly. They also last twice as long as flys.

VF3's are a great shoe -- great looking, too; however, if you have wide feet, I'd recommend the AF3. I purchased both and had to sell my VF3. The AF3 just felt better overall. Just my preference. Great informative video.

If you're someone who needs higher stability, I recommend Brooks Adrenaline 24 or Saucony Guide 17, and I absolutely love the Saucony Tempus for a lighter stability shoe for tempo runs. Can't go wrong with Vapoflys for super shoes.

Just me, but I think the vapor fly threes are the worst version yet of the vapor flies. The twos were awesome and I’m excited for the force to come out in March. Having said that the alpha fly threes have been my go to racing shoe until about six months ago and I tried the AI Meadow speed sky Paris and those are just as good as the alpha fly three and feel a little bit lighter.

(I use Saucony because it is perfect for my running style)
