How to Remove Linux from Dual Boot in Windows 10 and Uninstall/Delete UEFI Boot Entry! (Ubuntu 2021) shows how to delete and remove the UEFI boot entry for GRUB and uninstall/remove/delete Linux from a Dual Boot Windows 10 system. An important step is to remove the UEFI so that GRUB doesn't hang. Then you will have a free Windows 10 only system so that you can reallocate Linux to another place or completely remove a distro from your system. Edit: I love Linux, but I had to remove it because I was switching laptops. Also much easier than other tutorials out there!

Note: If you’re using a different distro, pick the label matching that distro. Also, I had other partitions to remove. Make sure windows prompts you with “this was not created by windows” when deleting the partitions.
