The US wouldn't declare war on a ussr-axis alliance without first being attacked.
The axis would've had no issue with invading India through Afghanistan.

Not to quibble but I don't see a large invasion of the Britain like the one portrayed. The German Navy was very weak compared to the Royal Navy, and the addition of Italian and Soviet units would not make much difference. Also, the Axis did not have a means to land troops and tanks quickly on the British coast. I also don't see the Japanese being able to stall the American offensive in the Pacific for very long. It is somewhat likely that the Axis would dominate Eurasia and North Africa while "Oceania" (The western Hemisphere, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Southern Africa would be protected by geography (African jungles and deserts) and the combined US and Royal Navies.

Why didn’t the USSR attack Germany in such conditions?
When the best part of the Wehrmacht is occupied by a sea lion and all the aviation is there.
I think it would be an interesting plot twist for west auditory.
