Another what if is what if when Germany attacked the Soviet Union from the west the Japanese attacked from the east forcing the Soviets to fight on two fronts. The outcome in Russia probably would have been different. This also would have delayed the United States from entering the war with no Pearl Harbor.

They did and split Poland in half to start WW2. Had they continued the alliance, Germany could have finished off Britain and started an Atlantic naval war with the US.

They did team up, read the secret protocol signed together with Molotov Ribbentrop pact in 1939. In fact, Germans and USSR started the ww2 together by attacking Poland.

An interesting oart is that recent research is showing the germans were a lot closer to a nuclear bomb than the history books say. One scientist even developed a nuclear power plant that was put into several cargo shios after the war, unfortunately most harbors didnt like the idea of a nuclear cargo ship so they didnt get to dock in many spots.
