It's fixed!! Repair went exactly as shown! Initially, the new diverter didn't fit inside the hole but found that the old broken diverter was still inside blocking the new one from going in! (I never did plumbing repair before!) Once I pulled that out with the pliers it was smooth sailing! Thanks again!

I have the exact same unit in the video. Found the part (thank you for showing the package) and followed the video exactly. Button works great now but it still dribbles a little out of the tub spout while the shower is running. I can't seem to troubleshoot that part. But it beats using pliers to pull out the button or a hammer to push it in every time we want to switch from shower to tub!
