We all have habits that we do in our lives, In this video we will find out what the habits of people with depression are.

Depression affects everyone differently!

However most of us who are depressed or suffer from depression share the same habits!

Here are 5 habits of mine when I’m depressed!

Let’s see if yours are similar to mine!

1. Staying in bed
2. Avoid everyone
3. I listen to my favorite music for hours
4. Binge watch Films or TV shows on Netflix
5. Take regular naps throughout the day

Unfortunately depression can definitely make people feel too tired to brush their teeth or do other activities of daily living.

I’m always tired and nap all the time, I also have been diagnosed with depression but I didn’t know it was because of that.

Amazing how tired depression makes me. I do 3 out of the five. The 2 I do NOT do are listen to music wearing headphones or the Netflix thing

I 100% relate to all 5 habits
And when I run out of money for my Netflix account or when the TV room is busy, I just turn to YouTube

I had listening my fav song for 20 times, I repeat the song because the song said `I be here for you'.... now I can't stop watching all anxiety and depression Its 5.30am and I have class on 8am

Two weeks ago I went to the doctor because all I can think of is death, suicide and dying.
I got diagnosed with depression and will get professional help, I kind of expected it and kind of didn't at the same time, it was like a half shocker, I don't know if I regret finding out yet.

Sleep is never enough, I sleep throughout the day at school.
I'm not motivated.
I smile and then a second later I'm crying for no reason.
I'm very bad at keeping relationships with my close ones.
I hate being in a crowd.
I will sing and listen to music all the time, but now I hate it.
The alarm sound scares me.

1. Staying on my bed all day. I even work on bed.
2. I sometimes avoid others, even my family.
3. Listening to the music till I sleep
4. I sleep until 11am because I sleep late.

Yes I can relate to most of them. Ugh it's hard but we can't just give up right We keep fighting.

I relate to most of these things except the one about binge watching movies or anything like that on netflix because I don't have it and I don't really relate to the one about napping at times during the day but I do day dream during the day.

1. I do. Except on school days though I want to but on school days, who doesn’t want to?

2. I tend to. I’m avoiding everyone right now. I like being in my room away from people

3. I do all the time. More than I used to.

4. Actually lost a bit of interest in tv. Binge watch YouTube

5. No I don’t.

I dont sleep, i eat too much and i stay in my bed all the time and i have episodes where i feel numb and i have severe mood swings and i play on my phone all night
