Multitasking is my own distraction. Planning a day before helps to decluttering the mind and enables to focus. Another conscious habit is to get up early so that it feels like you have extra time to complete an important unplanned task.

I understand from this video, overthinking is the result of excessive energy from the body.
So, active mediation helps over thinkers more than silent mediation which focuses on silent our mood. Both are great.

Yes it is true, success and focus completely depends on hydration and nutrition.
A rich nutrients diet in taking humans are more intellectually powerful than less rich nutrients intake humans.

And in our school system, it was not taught to us.

Many times, I heard about the pomodoro technique but the first time i got to know that pomodoro means tomatoes and it was named after the person who sets the timer based productive work which was his clock shape.

And I saw a complete picture of pomodoro cycles.

Digital detox is essential in this life.

More often my distraction is overthinking about too many tasks at a time. Finally fail to complete not one.

I see i comment a lot nowadays about doing productive tasks but not doing anything 😅.

Resistance is the form of procrastination or even finding the silly reason for not doing anything.

The healing time after the force focuses on one task always there. So, better take rest and eat good food and understanding slowing down is not bad.
