Noted; if you defeated the final boss of the chapter BEFORE grabbing all three talismans, they will despawn and you will be locked out of the secret boss fight

You are supposed to fail against the boss right? A crane showed up and baked the supreme inspector to spare my life. Even though the boss never took away all my health and I was holding my own just fine. It was a cut scene that I couldn't interact. I guess it's scripted? Can you actually beat him?
