Black Myth Wukong - All Celestial Pill Locations Guide (Health, Stamina & Mana Upgrades)

There are a total of 15 Celestial Pills to find in Black Myth Wukong. There are three types of Celestial Pills; The Celestial Jade Lotus Pill increases health, the Celestial Taiyi Pill increases mana and the Celestial Nonary Pill increases stamina.

You can get 14 of the Celestial Pills at any time, and backtrack to any you missed. The Nonary Pill in Chapter 4 requires you to complete the Talisman quest in that chapter, which is a missable quest if you went into the final boss room without completing the quest.

Collecting all of the Celestial Pills will fully upgrade you health, stamina and mana and also give you the "Medicine Meal" trophy / achievement.

for the trophy you need to collect all items “Skandhas” and to the right of the waterfall in the desert in Chapter 6 there will be a golem, after killing they will give last Skandhas and it must be taken to the dog in the hub and he will produce the last increase in health.

there is one in chapter 2 that you missed. It is in the cellar area where the wolf makes medicine. There is a sand slide there. In the middle of the sand slide there is one but I cant figure out how to get to it and its driving me

PSA dont do what i did at the court of illumination in chapter 4 by opening the pill container before interacting with the Alter Talisman as now both trophys bugged out. Collected all pills and the trophy hasn't popped. Hoping NG+ Fixes this

Hi, i just start a NG+, i collect Skandha in first game, but not all celestial pill. For the trophy, i need skandha too or just celestial pills that i forgot ?

Giving the wolf the five skandhas gives you one as well. I thought my game bugged but that was the last one I needed

Can't take the one in the Illumination Temple 'cause I killed the boss without taking all the seals and now the purple wall is blocking the way. Any way to solve this or I have to solve this on NG+?

If u didn’t get the trophy make sure to kill loong chen and deliver the five sankdha to the dog then u will get

I came here just want to confirm neither im missed something. But im noticed there are one pot located at Cellar tiger temple when you start slide on the sand before you meet Xu Dog the medicine guy, you will see one pot ahead and im trying to jump but did not work. Can anybody explain it here

Weird how even after upgrading with all celestial pill and using the mind cores it seems the health bar doesn’t catch up to the mana and stamina bars. This is also assuming the person used sparks for all relevant upgrades as well. I’m using no items or spirits to increase the bars but it’s definitely annoying that after all these upgrades all three bars don’t match up. Feels like one more health celestial pill is missing lmao. I’m at 795 health base run.
