I was shocked to see a lack of safety padding on some of the sharper corners on the descent of the Poggio. Especially where Mahoric scrubbed out.

Mohoric made the perfect move at the perfect time - he was so fast that the Moto's could not get away from him and gave him a great leadout - As you say - anyone can have that advantage, but Mohoric took it today. A great win.

Luckily Mohoric was wearing the Slovenian champ jersey and was easy to spot in the bunch from the helicopter as they headed down the Poggio descent....you could easily see him catching and passing everyone even live and if you know his descending skills no one should have been surprised. No surprises or unseen stuff found in the replay! :)
