Very helpful video and nicely presented. However I am a little confused that I had always thought you get to hop twice in one skip? The girls hop only once. Then I went to check a couple of other videos and they all hop twice, which is way harder and I seem still have problem to master. I hope onebhop is fine since it's much easier.

they even do it wrong, they don't dorsiflex their feet at all..
