Eckhart says so much in his talks. If we were able to absorb just one of his points completely, it would change our whole experience of our existence. His words are priceless.

Beyond our conditioning we connect to the true self. Our inner child I feel is where our true self is & it's rediscovering that, a time when we was full of truth & light!

Practicing daily to quieten the mind through meditation or even creative pursuits is a route to inner stillness as Echkart says although life can be so chaotic it's not always practical, we try our best to connect to our unconditioned unconsciousness which I guess is the reason we are drawn to listen to such wisdom from Echkart! This is my muse! ❤

Everything in the Universe is made of atoms, and all atoms consist of 99.9999% empty space and just physical matter, much like little tiny little bubbles. If we extracted all the matter from every human being alive today, all 8 billion of us, all that physical matter would fit inside a cube the size of a single sugar cube, . And we think and fear our thoughts are to be worried about, taken seriously and are important 😊😊😊. Accept what is, Trust what will be, and be very very very Grateful for everything. There is absolutely nothing we have to get right and absolutely nothing we must not get wrong in order for absolutely everything to be much much more than OK. Just be the nicest, kindest and most compassionate being you are able to be at any given time 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

"This video resonated deeply with me! I'd like to share some insights on the nature of self. The sense of 'I' is fundamental, yet often mysterious. Let's explore.

Initially, our 'I' is tied to name, identity, experiences, roles, and conditioning. But these aspects are transient. Can we find a more fundamental self beyond external definitions?

Philosophers like Ramana Maharshi (Who Am I?), Buddha (anatta/no-self), and Advaita Vedanta (Atman/pure consciousness) invite us to inquire deeper.

Meditate on 'I':

1. Sit comfortably, close eyes.
2. Focus on breath.
3. Silently repeat 'I'.
4. Observe where 'I' resides in your body.
5. Inquire: What is this 'I'?

Discover:

· The 'I' observing thoughts, emotions, sensations.
· The 'I' existing before/beyond conditioning.
· The interconnected 'I'.

Key insights:

· 'I' is not just thought, but thinker.
· Self is dynamic, evolving.
· Interconnected 'I' transforms relationships/actions.

Embracing infinite 'I' unveils:

· Presence beyond thought.
· Universal connection.
· True nature.

Integrate these insights:

· Observe shifting 'I' perception.
· Cultivate
· Embody infinite potential.

Recommended reading:

· Ramana Maharshi's Who Am I?
· Buddha's anatta teachings
· Advaita Vedanta texts (Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita)

Reflect:

1. Define your 'I'.
2. How does conditioning shape self-concept?
3. How can interconnected 'I' impact life?

Grateful for this video! Share your thoughts!"

Thank you so very much, Eckhart, for all you are. Your teachings are truly appreciated and by far the most important messages we can practice and share with one another. You are one with pure love. One can only hope to be as rooted in being and grounded in presence without the stream of conceptual thought or identification with the ego, one day, as you are. All that can be done is to keep listening, reading, and practicing your doctrines so that an evolution of man can occur like you speak of to turn this upside down world around into what it is meant to be - a connection of the unmanifested that we all have access to - to the source of all living things as one with the universe. No wars, no judgments, no opinions to identify with, letting the formless dictate what the form will do, having a higher intelligence to live by are all parts of having joyous inner peace and real love. It’s so powerful and precious. Namaste 🙏.

The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance

The ego represents the social aspect of our identity, shaped by societal influences from birth to distinguish us as individuals. While it stems from interactions with others, it doesn't define our true essence.

At our core, we are all unified silent consciousness, inherently wise and not reliant on reassurance or overthinking.

When we become overly focused on our egos, we lose touch with our awareness, allowing past memories and imagined future scenarios to dictate our perceptions and how we feel about the world.

This can hinder our ability to lead and inspire others, as we become trapped in negative patterns based on the conditioning of the part of society that operates based on scarcity and unconsciousness.

As the world evolves and technology fosters independence, it's crucial to reframe the ego as just one facet of human experience. Ultimately, we are all part of a collective consciousness, experiencing life in diverse ways.
