I feel you. I went through this my last year of high school. I was always told that I was great, but also “too much”. Ugh! Even my dad told me that. And honestly, he still does. But he’s emotionally crippled so, not the best example.
I say, FUCK ALL THAT. Be you. Everyone else is taken. Right?
But yeah, who am I actually kidding. I’m 40 and I still have to stifle myself in order to not be “too much”. It’s annoying. I’m not for everyone. 😆

i relate, got adhd diagnose at 19yo and neuropsychologist made autism tests when i was 21 but i dont have autism diagnose yet

i have kinda bad social anxiexity(i also have (c-)ptsd diagnose) and i try to be as normal as possible but ik i wont pass as neurotypical so im just accepting my weirdness(i example wear comfy but colorful clothes that makes me happy) and if i manage to mask and then tell to people i have neurodiversity they dont believe me

btw your voice is calming and ik as experience its not easy to gain followers and be mental health advocate even tho awareness is important💜 i hope success in your way🙏💜
