500g minced chicken breast

½ tsp mixed spice or kofta seasoning
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
1 tsp olive oil (for added flavor and moisture)
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the minced chicken with the onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, and spices. Mix well until everything is evenly blended.

Shape the Kofta: Shape the mixture into small logs or balls, as you prefer.
