VmWare Player - How to get the Virtual Network Editor

Actually, I could not find the .dll file. So, I just copied the vmnetcfg.exe and ran it and it worked! Sweet!

Its telling me to install vmware workstation i already have it installed and the command is not working

that means that i have to downgrade to workstation 10 oh well.
