A young Stone Mason and his partner buy and restore an old 19 th century Silver Mine Engine House in Cornwall to live in. They paid £200,000 for the property and only have £100,000 borrowed from the bank to restore it.

At the start of this episode the 1st thing that popped into my mind was down to the cost of insulating measures I'd WANT to have in place to save costs down the line. Followed by solar and possibly wind measures to be taken while still being respectful to the history of the building and the environment that surrounded it. Scary. Determined man Adam is.
