The new Microsoft Planner available in Microsoft Teams, brings together all of your tasks from the old Planner & Project, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft To-Do. Which is great because everything is under one roof. But this can also lead to overwhelm because you have so many to-do items and you aren't exactly sure how to manage them.

In this Microsoft Planner Tutorial, we are going to look at each of these components differently. I'll also share with you my top tips so that you can learn how to manage your tasks effectively.

Your videos are so informative. Biggest challenge as a Manager... Is there a way to sell ALL tasks across ALL plans assigned to a Direct Report? So during a 1:1 we can see the tasks and manage rather than going to each of the 9-10 plans? No need for me to see their 'private' tasks... just ones we share as a Group.

Great video, thank you for posting. I'm utterly confused on how to keep tasks organized as they synch between Planner, Loop and To Do. The tasks pull into Planner based on my meeting name, no project name. And when they synch to To Do I can't file them under a list or Group. And some of my lists synch back to Planner but not all. It is very frustrating and confusing. Do you have a video on this perhaps?
