I'm maharastrian, its BAKARWADI. It is a traditional food of maharashtra. Its like a snack and sometimes they add GARAM MASALA in it. Depends on person's taste. 😊

Hey there, I’m from maharastra and this is bhakerwadi. Bakarwadi is made from gram flour dough made into spirals stuffed with a mixture of coconut, poppy seeds and sesame seeds. We only use gram masala in dishes like curries and any kind of sabji !! Garam masala is an Indian spice blend. Garam means "hot" while masala means "spices, " but it's not necessarily hot and spicy — the name refers to the warm flavors of its ingredients, such as cinnamon and cumin clove, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, and cardamom! Mainly we don’t use garam masala for packed foods like chips and other Indian snack ! Love from india ❤

Bro as a non maharashtrian the first time I tried bhakadwadi was because of an indian tv serial and was so shocked by the flavor cuz it was sweet and salty and then the spice kicks in a few seconds later lol.
