Thanks for this montage from the finest James Bond film ever! George Lazenby is the perfect Bond — suave, rugged, athletic, self-confident yet, very human. The best one! I felt this way when I saw it during Christmas 1969 in New York City, and I still do. Sean Connery would not have done better; he had already gone through two films on automatic pilot, then returned looking like Lazenby’s dad! I didn’t miss him at all!

Service is my favorite bond, and it is lazenby's performance which makes it all work. Great score, great action sequences, great human story. For the bond producers to take a chance on an totally unknown actor could have been devastating to the franchise but lazenby more the filled the bill . He was the perfect actor to make this work.

OHMSS is the Best Bond Film, and if Lazenby had been a little bit more calm and not taken some bad advice, he might have gone on to be the Best Bond of all. In my Opinion anyway.

He should have done more. It was terrible advice to quit after one movie. We would be talking about George Lazenby in completely different terms if he had stuck it out for another two or three movies.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service might just be considered the best James Bond movie had Sean Connery been cast as James Bond in this movie but since he passed on this one it's not! Lazenby lacks the screen charisma and the acting ability of Connery who was the first and the best James Bond of them all.

I have never liked this movie. It is totally far away from James Bond : Roger Moore and Sean Connery for me.
