When you send an encrypted email which also encrypts the attachments, does "attachments" include  pdf files?

I think you are only telling half the story, it is not enough to just click encryption, you have to install an encryption tool in order to use the encryption

You should explain how to get a certificate, install / configure certificate in Outlook before people can use encryption. This video is totally useless..
