No, it all looks sloppy. Tuck the inner shirt in and wear a proper fitting outer crewneck that hides the beltline. Not draping below, but just cleanly covering at a low knee height bend.

Relabel this "4 quick tips to look sloppy".

Edit: I intended to say "mid/upper thigh" rather than low knee. Similar to where your knuckles end whilst standing normally with arms draping, closed fist.
