OMGoodness! Watching your videos makes me feel like you’re narrating my life! Thank you for giving me language to know what’s going on with me and to forgive myself for not being enough. I appreciate you and what you’re sharing.
PS - 54-year-old just beginning to understand herself better after realizing I’m very likely on the spectrum and have ADHD.

Haha I just finally understood why the heck I am soooo reluctant to do my night time skin care routine and brush my teeth (that takes literally 5 minutes total) on certain nights when I feel tired.
Also watching your video reminded me on how I used to zone out so often and so long when I was younger, I used to zone out while eating breakfast, after taking my shower I would sit on the edge of the bathtub and just zone out for very long minutes. Now it makes sense and I feel empathy for the younger me who was struggling with university and work.

Now I have a super routine in the morning and every small step is scheduled but in weekends it’s « holidays from the routine » and I often realize that it’s twelve and I am still not dressed 😅 Funny life 😉

Lol to the bargaining bit. I never brush my teeth first thing, I do it before bed. Also snack bars changed my life when it came to actually having breakfast everyday, they are easy to grab but also not hot or cold or soggy or to strong a taste. Most of the time I am OK with food but in the morning by mouth is a sensitive place.

Cool my morning routine is simple I took breakfast to work brush teeth make my bed, and usually eat there but people are annoying there in break room. Because they stare and laugh alot....

This is why (before the pandemic 😷) I would love hotel breakfast 🧇 Not that that was something that happened frequently, but when it did.. I love how everything (the food, napkins, knives and forks etc) has been “laid out” for easy access so to speak, and often there’s little signs that says: “scrambled eggs” or “rye bread” or “cheese.”

It’s quite organized and makes it easier to make a choice, - and because it’s morning time, most people are actually quiet and that’s just awesome! Just pick what you want to eat and drink (for me it’s mostly the same: two hot buns (I think buns is the accurate word for it…) usually with ham and cheese 🧀 or something else that’s savory.

Also I gotta have a cup of black coffee ☕️ and some orange juice (for some reason I just love the juice machines, it’s so convenient to just push a button and out comes your beverage of choice!😄) And then I can just sit at my table and enjoy my hotel breakfast 🍳 and if there’s a seat at the window 🪟 preferably with a nice view, then everything is just perfect 🤩 🌳🌤

This was hilarious.:p I can't express how much I despise brushing my teeth, it's the worst. I actually just got dental insurance though and I'm proud of myself.

I am on the spectrum and, how about married and do the chores? Someone I need your information how to make effective morning routine? And also simple Full day routine for asperger about going to work and chores and take care your partner and child?

Im legit starting to wonder if i am on the spectrum. Ive always have had these same struggles and a lot more. I never fit in. I have a hard time functioning like a normal human being. Im just different and i feel that way. Iove to be by myself. Idk. I get stressed out rather easily
