Humans have 5 or 6 senses, which is inadequate to perceive other aspects of existence. Doesn't mean that nothing exists outside of our senses. In fact neutrinos are verified existence outside the purview of our senses. Now what else, is a matter of persistent pursuit and patience. Infact quantum itself exists very much beyond our normal and day-to-day experiences.

My understanding of dimension is, it's very closely related to "mass". Examples: if we divide a piece wire into 4 (or 4 billions ) equal pieces, and if the masses of the 4 pieces are the same, then the wire is deemed "1-dimensional"; similarly, if we divide a sheet of paper into 4 equal pieces and they all have the same mass, such a paper is deemed "2-dimensional", otherwise it's deemed 3 or more dimensional. The size of the wire or paper can be very large or small. As for time, my understanding of it is, it's a measure of sequence of events, and I m not sure how it's related to "mass".

So the definition of "dimensions" is, how you "divide" the wire or paper. In particular, how many times you need to "rotate the knife". E.g., to divide the wire, you don't need to rotate the knife 🗡️, etc.

Nonsense; the wormhole part I mean. And no, the higher dimensions are not 'above' 3 space (with time), unless he's making some kind of analogy that I'm not getting, but I doubt he is. 10 or 11 dimensions, maybe; but definately not 3 (with time to make 4, but not actually 4).
