Hi, I'm actually fill-in the I 129 form and I have a couple of questions so my fiancé beneficiary living in a country who does speak French and other dialect then because I can understand French and English so can I translate some documents in English by my self like (birth certificate, some other evidence, ...) in getting help with any translate application or I'm supposed to go only to a professional and certified ?

Hi, do the forms needed to be sent along with documents (photos, copies of birth certificate, passport etc)? Hello, thanks for the video, I would like to ask you about a K-1 visa appointment. My fiancé/petitioner is in the US and I received a letter from the NVC saying The NVC received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from USCIS. NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate (the status is Ready on CEAC now). The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition.
So, my question is does this means that;
1. we have to wait for another mail/email from NVC/embassy to fill Ds-160 and schedule an appointment
2. Or should we directly fill out the DS-160 and schedule an appointment?

Hi, I met a woman who lives in Iran, and due to that I can’t really visit her. Is that a suitable reason for a waiver? From what I have seen, that would put my life in danger to go there and visit her. Also, since there isn’t an embassy in Iran, where would she go for a consulate or embassy?
