Connect to Exchange online by using Remote PowerShell

Management of Exchange online and office 365 using PowerShell, l is implemented by using Remote PowerShell. (The formal term is "PowerShell Remoting").
Creating the Remote PowerShell session to Exchange online include:
1. First time configurations - operations that we need to create to enable the PowerShell console to "run" the required commands
2. Set of PowerShell commands that uses for creating the Remote PowerShell session
