i have 20 thousand trophies and 800 games. and now this bs is happening randomly just crashes me when i start a game or earn a trophy

The problem for me is I have over 200 games in folders and when I rebuild my database, it deletes the folders, so I have to create them all over again. Then after 2 months I get the same error code. Every 2 months it is a rinse and repeat, such a pain!

A mi me empezó a dar este problema al descargar y jugar al Evil West de PS Plus Essential, a otros les a pasado con otros juegos, solución? Tengo 2

-Guardar partidas en la Nube de PS Plus o en USB.
-Cerrar sesión de la cuenta principal con la que se juega, luego eliminarla de la consola.
-Volver a ingresar la cuenta, debería funcionar.

-Guardar partidas en la Nube de PS Plus o en USB.
-Formatear la consola para restaurarla de fabrica (modo seguro, mirar videos).
-Volver a ingresar la cuenta, funcionará según dicen.

PD: en ambos casos si o si debéis volver a descargar los juegos😅 pero al menos no debería volver aparecer ese error.

This particular error logs me out of my account. So it sounds rather farfetched to think logging out would fix it… and it didn’t…

So i have this problem to this happens after I started Olli Olli world so maybe I have another solution let me know or somebody tried this
If you have a good friend that you trust let him log in on his PS4 and let him try all these steps after all the trophy sync by Internet connection please let me know soon

This all started for me with Heavy Rain. I downloaded it off premium for the new Stars rewards program. Loaded into the game and it logged me out with this error code. Ended up deleting Heavy rain and not bothering with it at all, but now any game I start for the first time im a day, logs me out. So if I'm just going through my games, I get logged out every single time I start up a game. Just a nuisance. I really do not want to initialize my system for something this trivial. Also screw heavy rain.
