On ps4 Don't Download system update 11.02 because as soon as my system got done with the download it said I had corrupted system software and now my games won't play. They all say the software is corrupted. I rebuild database and as soon as it was done it would say there was a error and there is corrupted system software and I need to rebuild . It did this in a loop over and over again until I formatted it and started all over. I would get my games to finish downloading but the updates would take forever and say error in the end and tell me there was a problem with the system software. I even tried to download my saves from ps plus after and it would say error after they were close to finishing. My system was fine until the update was finished. I'm hesitant on sending my system and paying the hundred because this was their fault and I'm still waiting for my ps5 to come back from repairs. I been trying to solve this problem for three days and no games work only my streaming stuff like Netflix Hulu and all the rest I got work but No games will start after the loading screens. If Sony sees this, my psn is toostrange get at me because this is your fault.

I fixed it myself it was the f6202 fuse I just resolder it and it was back to normal and updated the 11.02 with no error code or problems

Today I noticed that on my notification System Update 6.71 and 6.72 has been installed. However the years which was installed are very strange (2148 and 2061) I checked my date and time setting and it was all normal. And my PS4 is at v11. Should I be concerned? Cant find anyone else mentioning similar.

lol didnt help at all. I already tried this before looking up what to do ^^;
oh well. (The support article is the same thing)
EDIT: Figured out what is causing this error. and sadly, there is NO fix. Its caused by the disc drive daughter board having a physical problem that has no easy fix. its pretty much useless at this point
