Located in Boston, Spyce is a fast-casual restaurant created by four MIT graduates. It promises to deliver salads and grain bowls in three minutes or less, after you order from a kiosk. The only human employee in the kitchen provides fresh toppings and garnish to your meal. Each salad-and-grain bowl costs $7.50.

A tumble drier for 2-minute noodle dishes, definitely a students idea of cooking.

"Eww gross. You're saying humans used to prepare food? What if he picked his nose?"
- People in the future, probably.

Robots, will work 24 hours a day, never be late, never complain, don't care about a raise, and need no benefits.

Watch out humans!

I think robot's are the future for fast food chains but maybe not restaurants

Why do some people insist on calling every machine a robot? Can it sense its surroundings? Does it have some sort of intelligence? Can it make decisions? Can it be reprogrammed to do other tasks? If not, then it's not a robot. If we keep calling everything a robot then my printer will end up being "a robot that can write with perfect calligraphy" or even my dishwasher will be called a robot.

All they really showed us was the robots mixing stuff. Do the robots cut up, prepare and season all the ingredients as well? Because it can't be a true robotic kitchen if they don't.

Human fast-food workers: We want a raise just because...
Restaurants: Nah, we'll take a robot instead
Human fast-food workers: Unemployed

I like Robots more than Humans, you only have to put one time investment in purchasing them, and there is little maintenance cost,
other than that, they don't complain, they don't take sick leaves, they don't want promotions, they don't need benefits, they don't need raise, they continuously work without any breaks, they are never late, and they do exactly what they are programmed to do
like what more could a person running his own business want, automation is the future of many industries, and it is reasonable because robots are way better employees than humans
