Moley Robotics is developing robotic arms that can cook recipes the way the chef intended. Using motion-capture technology, the Moley Kitchen can mimic the movements of famous chefs, allowing users to download recipes the same way you download music.

This would be amazing. Imagine being able to have a home cooked meal ready when you get back from work, or having whatever you want made at any time of day. It would honestly change the world, and probably lead to people eating much healthier. At the very least, the fast food industry would be severely disrupted.

I can see this being a house hold thing one day. It’s just like computers. They were big and expensive, but have gotten better. I see some kind of robot making us real cooked meals for us everyday, in our homes. Holy crap

I really don't like cooking.
Takes a long time, takes a fair bit of focus or you could ruin it, and you can risk basic to severe levels of injury... and no one likes clean up.
I don't care how expensive this is, this is something I need to save up for.
