dislike thumbs down on their Batteriser related videos.

The like/dislike ratios for the videos on their fan channel are absolutely horrid. They have their votes set to hidden, but I have a userscript which (accidentally) reveals them. For example, their latest video has 49 likes and 1912 dislikes. I doubt anyone bought any of _those_ dislikes.

+eevblog That is really sad. I guess those are the death throes of a dying horse - when a scammer has been exposed and their carefully prepared scheme is about to unravel they resort to desperate tactics ...

BTW, I would probably get in touch with Youtube staff over those abusive, fraudulent dislikes so that they can block the company selling that service. It probably won't have much impact but I would do it as a matter of principle.

And that pathetic Bateriser Batteroo guy - I think he needs to be slapped with a nice C&D letter from a lawyer if he keeps slandering you like that and intentionally damaging your reputation. These trolls and sockpuppets love to think they are anonymous and thus can get away with anything.

Wow, that is very interesting!, I can understand that free energy debunking can attract a lot of thumbs down because there are so many delusional supporters for free energy, but that Batteriser garbage, it really does seem like bought dislikes.
I was told a long time ago that likes and dislikes are the same algorithm to youtube, IE they do nothing to the video's publicity or searchablilty not sure if its true, but your vid still ranks high in my YT searches.

The false disliking is just the death rattle of Batterizer, its funny!

Another YouTuber who posts videos of metal detecting throughout Europe recently posted a video of his experience with a malicious campaign against him, spearheaded by a former sponsor who sold detecting gear. With lies, smears and defamation, the campaign was effective enough to hoodwink others into the effort. The targeted Youtuber played it smart and responded by collecting as much information and evidence as possible toward punitive legal action. The end result was the defamers ended up publicly apologizing and admitting they were wrong. It was beautiful.

Dave, I didn't get my commission for clicking on your like button 3, 000 times last month :-) LOL. And don't get me started on those scripts that copy popular YouTube vids and re-upload them to new channels where they're monetized. I spend hours every week reporting copyright infringements on my popular vids that are re-uploaded in this way and now there are thousands of channels that have been created by scripts and contain nothing but other people's popular vids. YouTube doesn't seem to care either. Surely they could flag any new channel that uploads several hundred videos within the first day or so as being suspicious -- but they choose not to.

I'm highly offended at how idiotic Batteriser is acting. "It has FCC approval!" The FCC doesn't care if the device extends battery life or not, it only cares that it doesn't interfere with licensed radio services. You'd think the "Batteriser fan TEAM" would know that.

Actually, I wouldn't expect them to know that.

I feel like a lot of people are going to buy batteriser and enjoy its placebo effect. "Hey, I never have to change the batteries in my trave alarm clock anymore!" Yeah, did you ever change them _before_? Sigh.
