What kind of results can you get with only 3 days a week?

I've been asked this question several times in combination with the question "do you recommend a full body workout." To be honest this is one of the few instances where I would recommend a full body workout. If you only have a 3 days a week to workout you need to hit every muscle group every workout. Will you get the same results as working out 6 days a week - NO - but you will get results!

i only do full body workout 3 days a week, and made considerable gains, Leeroy Colbert is right!!, but i agree recovery is KEY

Looking forward to more topics like this. I'm a busy person myself and some times I may only have 3-4 days to work out. Most important for anyone working out with minimal days like this is be consistent and stay focused. Good video 💪🏻

I tried most of the bs work out schedules you find online and even though I spent hours and hours in the gym I didn't get good gains compared to the time spent. Then I read about John Grimek who rocked the 1930's and 40's body building and found out he only worked out 3 days a week and only did 5-6 exercises per day with 3x10 reps. Good ol' compound exercises and I tell you one thing, this program did wonders for me

you can do push/pull/legs to intensity 3 days in the gym a week, eat right, sleep well... you'll make gains... do lifts you enjoy, but lift intense with purpose, and your muscles will grow... don't need to train each body part 3 times a week which is what full body 3x week is.

thanks for all the vids Ron... I've been doing pullups, dips, goblet squats and abs 3 to 4 times a week for years with great results. diet and rest are keys

3 full boďy per week is plenty. I believe you can make great gains with two. Actually, my favourite template is one full body plus one upper and one lower session per week. I find that this is what works for me the best.

I am doing martial arts for 3 days. And 3 days of weight training and also running for 4 days.. So i think it builds my overall strength flexibility endurance everything

I'm doing full body workouts 3 days a week. Actually Leroy Colbert said it's the only way to build muscle for non users(steroids) since you don't want to destroy your muscles by doing to much work on them one day and then not doing any work at all for a whole week. Recovery is the key. You will get more frequenzy this way.

What is your thoughtprocess on this Ron?

Just began 4 day splits with a rest day every two days. I was doing full body 3 days a week and I had almost no energy. I feel so much better, and feel like I’m still making gains.

I have a hip fusion and am unable to do certain exercises such as deadlifts and can only do a sort of half squat as I call it, what would y'all recommend replacing those with?

Losing belly fat has been an uphill struggle for me🙁.. Everything else comes in nicely except for the extra belly fat... I workout 5 times a week (2 hour sessions) and eat right; but still NADA.. Please help Ron!

I exercise 3 times a week for two hours and each session contains hiit and weight lifting. I exercise at home. Is it good enough? I saw great results but will i get more results by exercising 5 times a week?
