Learn how to make sweetened condensed milk with milk powder. I will show you 2 methods, one uses just 3 ingredients and the other, 4 Ingredients.

Both methods are easy and result in a very silk and moderately sweet condensed milk.

Ingredients

Method 1

1/2 cup milk powder
2 cups of water
2/3 cup granulated sugar (10 & 1/2 tablespoons)

Method 2
1 cup of milk powder
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 melted butter/margarine.

Note: for method 1 you can use 2 cups of store-bought liquid milk instead of milk powder. You won't need the water

For method 2: melt your butter or margarine in a cup or bowl over boiling water

Method 1 recipe yields about 1 cup of condensed milk while method 2 yields about 1 and 1/2 cup.
