I live in Surrey central and I love it I have everything around hospitals school universities skytrain even though I have a car, groceries I am blessed, we own a big townhouse. Rent is cheaper than Vancouver

Don’t move there. Actually don’t move to the Fraser valley at all. It’s insanely expensive and overflowing with drug addicted homeless people. Just keep driving and don’t look back

Is it very safe and family friendly if compared to other parts of Surrey and also Vancouver/Burnaby as a whole? Really appreciate your inputs
