Hola everybody! It is summertime here! The time of the year that we start all the lessons at 08:00! The rest of the day it is around 30 degrees! And if you play it feels like 40! I love it!

So anyway! If it is really warm you start thinking more about how to play padel without moving a lot :) Well.. If you are in the correct position, everything else becomes way easier!

WE HAD 16K VIEWS ON FACEBOOK AND 170 LIKES! WOW! NEARLY 1K VIEWS ON YOUTUBE!

That made me very happy! I really enjoyed all the feedback from you all! I hope my videos can help or inspire you to become a better player! Every like gives me new energy for the next weekly video! How much likes can we get on this video!?

I believe that "being in the correct position is more important than your technique!" So lets start with 7 golden rules you should always follow at net position!

I am very intrigued to hear your answer on the question that I asked in this video! My goal is to answers questions to you, to involve you in this learning proces! This is the way I normally coach in real life! The people that ask more questions are more often people that learn faster and become better quickly! Even tough the answer might be wrong, you might have a very good explanation that I would like to hear! If you have any questions about this specific video: Please let me know :)

Every day, we take out one rule/tip in this video and explain that specific topic more deeply in our padel tips facebook group. You are more than welcome to join us there for free!

With this information you should know where to be on the court! And it will help you to see if your opponent if in the correct position. Because if your opponent is not in the correct position... You know what to do know.

That is it for this week! Next monday, next episode!

Hasta luego!

Great content, I subscribed. About the question in the video: it's easier for the opponent and harder for me and my partner if we keep switching where we put the ball, am I correct?

From my point of view do "the ventilador", that's how I call to volley changing directions (mainly in a ramdom way) is a great advantage for the defenders.

Great video, and you are so enjoyable to watch! The answer on your question should be that changing the direction will be more difficult for the attacking team.
I also thought the exercise with rubber rope was cleaver, how long should it be?

Hi, rule number 1 is confusing me a little bit. When you say opponent, you mean the where the ball is?

So if the opponents are back, and the ball is the say in the left corner, then the player on the side where the ball is should be on the first post, and the partner on the second? So we, as the players on the net, are not in an even line? What is gained by that?

Thanks!
