I used to play very very good. From last few years I can't even leave the striker properly. My hand shakes while trying to leave the striker. Pressure on finger builds so much that sometimes pawn goes out of board 😀. Sadly I sit an watch. My grip changed from 1st to spin grip over period of time. Not sure how it happened. Re-learning is very very tough.
