Alec Baldwin said he’s not to blame for the death of a cinematographer he shot with a prop gun on the “Rust” movie set because there never should have been live rounds on the property.

Baldwin was handling the gun when a live shot rang out, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding the film’s director, Joel Souza, on Oct. 21 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

the facts say different. YOU were in possession of the weapon before, during and after the "incident". Only you. You were the one doing the "quick draw" routine before. Who loaded the weapon after your playing around? Again, who had the gun when it caused itself to fire the round? YOU.

It makes me so mad when people are careless with fire arms. Alec didn’t think about everyone’s safety on his set. He is responsible for checking every gun he touches to make sure it’s not loaded you can’t just take someone’s word for that’s how negligent discharges happen and in this case he killed someone.

He had time and effort poured in to promote anti-gun stuff but he didn’t bother to learn the first and foremost important thing of gun handling, that is while he was making money playing with a real gun for authenticity. To me that is a gross negligence. Treat a gun as it is loaded all the time. Mr.Baldwin, you neglected the first rule of gun handling and you are to be blamed for the death you caused.
