In this video - #20 in the Jung at Harp Series - we looked at what is the antidote to PERFECTIONISM?

Each week we look at a subject through two lenses: the 7 "Strings of Passion" principles at the heart of my exploration of creative resonance - and the concepts of Jungian analysis at the heart of Kathleen's work. This series is part of a larger series called 'In Between the Music."

"Jungian" analysis refers to Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), the Swiss psychiatrist who founded analytical psychology. His work influenced the fields of psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, and religious studies.

This was the "perfect" message that I so needed to hear! Thanks so much! I loved when Kathleen said that it's not about being "perfect", but rather about being "whole", as things are in nature.
