Honestly, this video made me tear up. I have worked onboard Princess for 15 years. The company is very good to us. I was loaned to Cunard for 1 contract (that was great too) but other than that Princess is in my heart. I was the Chief purser on the 50th anniversary cruise with the love boat cast. Jack Jones who sang the love boat song was onboard as was Jeraldine Saunders who wrote the book "Love Boats" and was the first female cruise director. The love boat cast are the greatest people and Captain Stubing made me feel like I was the star. Greatest captain and person. Hearing you thank the crew made me so happy and proud. The ship crew are the finest people I have ever worked for. They are my family and your family is our family! You are home when you sail with us!

The crew, creme brulee, the pizza, afternoon tea, double chocolate chip cookies at Horizon Court (bring zip top baggies to fill and keep in your cabin😛) Alfredo’s, the Piazza entertainment, Princess Plus, longer cruises esp. Transatlantic and Hawaii itineraries, room service, mini suites (they have large bathtubs),

Piazza is my favorite place to sit, relax, eat, get hot drinks, and enjoy whatever entertainment or games are going on. They have the BEST cookies!!!

The rewards for past passengers is super. Laundry like you said and dry cleaning and polishing shoes, mini bar which they will change out for soft drinks or specialty waters (2 for 1), free internet minutes, free upgrades, priority boarding and excursions, special waiting room when disembarking, gifts, 10% discount in stores, captain party, wine tasting and my favorite....afternoon tea.

We have only sailed with Princess 3 to we always get the limoncello. On our first cruise we were told that Princess makes their own, so now it is a tradition with us!

I LOVE that it’s a set activity for knitters and crocheters to get together in the morning and talk and knit and crochet! I do appreciate that Princess thinks of us and found a way for us to meet each other!

I agree for most of the 10 things you mentioned and the ones I don´t is because I don´t use them as the drinks or the medallion thing because I haven´t been on one yet and I can not tell, but I certainly agree that princess cruises food is very good with a lot of options, the entertainment is also something I do enjoy every time I take a princess cruise and there is a lot of activities too, and I´m a platinum member, so I also agree that captain´s circle is one of the best loyalty programs on the cruise industry. Something you didn´t mention and I also love, is the ship´s layout wich is very well thought and designed as difference on other ships wich are very tricky and confusing, and also love the decoration on princess ships, wich is classy and elegant.

The Pub lunch is great and we never miss it. Going to Alaska on the Majestic in September then back to Alaska on the new Discovery in May. Cruising is our favorite vacation!

Hi Ilana. Princess cruises is the only cruise line my husband and I travel on. I have done 32 cruises with Princess. Yup, love the International Cafe. Those 2:00 AM snacks are great. We are booked on the Majestic Princess in November. Mexico. Back to back out of Long Beach, CA. I have my fingers and toes crossed that it won't be cancelled.

Hi you asked about the Piazza so here goes... We have been on 30+ Princess Cruises and when we cruise the Caribbean in February we now book an inside cabin (not on the Royal Class Ships) since we are out and about all day long. We look at the Piazza as an extension of our stateroom with the art work and the international café is the only location that has donuts in the morning (that's dangerous lol) !!! . Just as you pointed out about lunches and late snacks the International Café is a wonderful choice. We have had many wonderful experiences regarding service I will not take up your time with them now. All your 10 'things' were great, it was nice to reminisce with you and yes it's hard to prioritize the list. Enjoy the day, and be safe.
