Excellent tip/idea Charlie at sect. 3:35 for putting a strainer over food to keep the seeds from getting in food in case you dont have or don't want to use a lemon squeezer. Excellent! I never would of thought of that and I use lemons alot. Take care👋

Ingenious the use of the sieve to catch the lemon seeds. Maybe I am late to the game with other contraptions that now I know I could have done without. Necessity is the mother of invention, as the saying goes.

Thank you Charlie. I watch many cooking programs on tv and on line. I frequently have a fit because I wonder why they don't tell people to wash the fruit before zesting or squeezing. The same goes for celery and other veggies. Thank u for not assuming everyone knows these things, because everybody does not know.
