When comparing the microscopic structure of the reoglith on the moon and Mars. Would it be safe to assume that martian regolith is smoother than lunar regolith due to the martian winds?

Surely this would mean that chronic exposure to Mars dust would not be as much of an issue to future astronauts compared to the sharp Moon dust?
