She forgot to say 1tsp of lemongrass paste (for the sauce) in the video but it's in the recipe on the blog. I didnt have lemongrass paste so I used a 1.5 tsp of fresh grated lemon zest and it worked out perfectly. My boyfriend said these wings reminded him of his mom's cooking-who is originally born in Thailand. So delish!!!!
