Just purchased a 2021 Scag Cheetah 2 with the 38.5 hp Kawasaki FX1000V EFI with 61in deck and I still cannot believe how incredible this machine is more then enough power and speed yard looks amazing no clumping in damp/wet grass very very well built im very particular about things but with this machine I have not one single regret other then not buying one years ago this is my first scag and the way this one is built it will prolly be the last one I ever have to buy

how about honeycomb airless tire, so we don't have to worry of getting a flat tire. rubber chute instead of plastic chute that break easy. accessories like weed eater holder, blower mount so you can blow a mile long walkway while riding. wiring harness connector cover, connector it gets brittle and fall apart after a few years of being out in the weather. some type of diagnostic like a tractor where you connect a laptop and will give you the fault codes, instead of waiting 3 to 4 weeks on the dealer to fix your mower .

I bought a tiger cat two last year and love it!

Would like to see a little stronger frame rails. Ran into a circumstance where the tube cracked. Have seen this online in the forums as well. As machines are getting faster and heavier, these frames take a beating.

also my front weldment frame part cracked and on two seperate times the caster yoke cracked do you want to prorate the cost for me and send me a check or discount me something

Will there be a "promo" on the new FX1000 EFI when they're mated to the VRII or Cheetah II? Or of this just for the FT730V powerplant?

i got the ecv490 on a 61 cheetah its not that great going up hills lack power iam 200 lbs iam talking about with the bagger on also dont like the new cheetah foot pedal brake like that i think you should rethink that, is tht scag cheetah 1 still available ? i want one with the same engine so i can switch parts when iam down on the other one you dont even offer thee cheetah two with the ecv 490 engine any more iam sorry you people got some things wrong $$$$

I purchased a cheetah this year and have never been so disappointed with a mower. I had previously owned a Tiger cub for 15 years with great service but I'm not happy with the cheetah.

I love my 2017 Turf Tiger 2. My only suggestions would be to drop the foot brake and go to a hand brake lever only. Also, consider a phone charging system in a sealed padded box for protection from the elements and debri. I was glad to see that you shortened the overall length of the Turf Tiger 2 in the new model. Great job SCAG, keep up the solid work product.👮🏼👍🏼🇺🇸👊🏼

V-ride 48” and up needs dual fuel tanks. Also fuel tanks do NOT need cup holders. Stop wasting my fuel capacity for something that is NEVER used!

Scag makes great machines and in my opinion the best cutting deck on the market when you factor in all conditions. I think what would make a man already great machine would be to put more emphasis on comfort when it comes to seats. Seats with more either more suspension travel themselves or adding a better suspension platform in conjunction with a suspension seat need to be offered.

HIGH back seats should also be offered, at least as an option. I’m not sure why Scag doesn’t offer high back seats because it’s the same manufacture making seats for pretty much all the brands and I know for a fact several other brands offer the seat in High back form.

My 61” cheetah had a high back but no suspension . The suspension platform on the cheetah really doesn’t offer much no offense. I retrofitted a new high back suspension seat from cub cadet on both my cheetah 52” and my cheetah 61 and it made a huge difference! Much more comfortable. Wright ZXT has the best suspension setup available right now. It’s a suspension seat on top of a true suspension platform. Gives you approximately 5-6 inches of travel. If you are on perfectly smooth lawns it’s not the end of the world but out in the real world a lot of lawns have all sorts of ruts and dips that will absolutely kill your back, !

Also, Scag should really bring back the cheetah 52”! With its smaller frame and zt3400 transmission, it was really nimble and had the lightest controls I’ve ever used on a mower. Low effort controls make a huge difference over the course of a whole day.
