Great video, Diplomats! Someone just posted on one of my videos about VICI so great to see you two are talking about it as well. While it seems like an interesting play, and one that certainly has upside potential, I remain on the sidelines for it is a casino/ entertainment play. Personally, I prefer opportunities that wont be impacted much or if at all by economic downturns nor pandemics. Therefore, Realty income remains my go to REIT!

Hi Guys, VICI was not on my radar. I have been building a position in NNN. Similar yield and payout ratio. Biggest difference is the DGR, NNN's last increase was 1.9%. However, I don't think you can compare the Dividend Growth Streak: NNN, 31 years vs. VICI, 2 years. I'll stick with NNN.

The dips has put a lot of stocks/REITS on sale right now. I’m currently buying more of STOR and O right now. But this reit is on my watch list and soon to buy, probably by November time frame. I don’t mind to wait a bit since it has a higher div rate and higher div growth rate than either STOR or O.

I feel like the tax implications on REITs wipe out the benefit of the higher yield, so I don’t invest in them outside of a Roth. I would love to start buying them but my Roth is currently devoted exclusively to high growth mutual funds. I don’t own any VICI, but I hit that Like button anyway!

I own SLG, MPW, and VICI. O seems a bit pricey to buy at this point - definitely have O, Stag on my watch list. Gotta love monthly payers which would be a good video for you guys. (O, Stag, SLG, maybe some etfs, etc.)

Great minds think alike. I intend to start a position in Vici inside our HSA account. Good yield, great growth potential, but also partly because they pay in Cycle 1(Jan, April, July, Oct), where I have no other dividends coming in aside from MO. Is it just me or does Cycle 1 suffer from a lack of good options?

Hey guys VICI as you know I was buying them for a while. Still a smaller holding. I started buying AAPL yesterday first time. My only tech stock. BMY is on sale now. Dropping today one of there drugs failed in trial. Good day to pick up a few shares.
