Hi Jake,
nice informatic video. Like OHI.
In Germany the REIT is well know. The unknown is the quality of the operators and what will be after the CARES Act.
I think the will passes this challanges well. What I don't know is, if the raise the dividend in Q4. But over the 7% yield, it is no problem for me to wait until more boomers need SNF.

Definitely gonna look into this today as I sold off my T while still in the positive in it because I’m thinking seniors are gonna pull out as many will soon have their yearly income cut in 1/2. Looking to put this money right back to work, no time for money sitting there doing nothing. Been looking to get it right back to work and not in crypto or the hyped AMC. I have been owning OHI already for a while and picked up more during the crash last year, but I´m wondering whether in the US there is also a trend towards being cared for at home by skilled mobile nurses, instead of going to a senior care facility. Here in Europe we see this trend, people delaying to move to care facilities, and preferring to being looked after at home.

good video when I first started dividend investing and bought 1 share of everything I heard of. I bought a share OHI, but I consolidated and I went all in on their competitor LTC to get to 10$/ month with DRIP to add more. I'm down overall in capital gain but my monthly income from LTC helps me DCA down. I'm debating going into OHI or VICI for a future position. This helps me make a better decision
