Pentagon on submarine deployment, message to Iran on Middle East tensions

Maj. Gen. Patrick S. Ryder briefed reporters at the Pentagon Tuesday and provided more details on U.S. efforts to contain a wider conflict in the Middle East, including the recent deployment of a nuclear-powered submarine.
