NY Knicks and its fans doesn't deserve JR

I need to go on the record to say that last season was a bust but the season before was the building block... two seasons ago we made the playoffs because of our signature defense and second unit that was led by Rose, but we lost the playoffs because we didn't have shooters and Randle was double teamed. Last season we over corrected by getting a shooter in Fournier and help for Randle in Walker... both of these moves back fired and also compromised our defense. I think we are in a better position this season reestablish our signature defense with Brunson and company. Our second unit still looks great and I believe that Randle will have a bounce back season. One important thing was we lost many games last season and I think it was the most in the league after leading at the half. 4th quarter collapses need to be addressed. The 1st unit shouldn't be playing 40+ minutes... they are exhausted and ineffective. I hope that coach Thibbs can now play the youngsters more minutes to alleviate wearing off the veterans.

The trade with Atlanta is the best trade suggested., but we the KNICKS will have to get a #1 pick also. Collins is a great defender, and is OK on offense, but his game is still being developed. Julius Randle has had a great year 2 years ago, and a so so year, last year, when he average 20 points 10 rebounds, and 5 assist. Please check to see how many players averaged that last year or any year. Yes he acted immature last year, but the stats don't lie and he is only going to get better, and mature, and be one of the best players in the NBA. We have to get more than Collins for Randle, especially if we are trading him in our conference.

The trade with the Sun's that you suggested makes no sense, to many players coming back that play same positions we have a log jam at. This trade does not make us better, and worse than that, we have no potential star coming back in this trade. Let's remember we are talking about Randle, who put up 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assist in a terrible year, and he is just hitting his prime. HIS PRIME 28 YEARS OLD, AND YOU WANT TO TRADE HIM FOR GARBAGE.
