Hi, I have an Ubuntu server installed (CLI) with 14.04 I was looking for kernel 3.13 or below so I picked this Ubuntu server version to install but after installing the OS, the version of the kernel updated automatically to 4.4 now I want to install the 3.13 kernel version how can I do it. Also if I need to download an older version of the kernel & install them what is the process. Kindly reply & help it's a request

that is so easy, one thing I would like is that during the update it had software do a recovery image just like Linux Mint has its not the end all be all don't get me wrong but those little things go a long way.

My terminal shows me "Please install all available updates for your release before upgrading." after I insert my password. I checked my Ubuntu software. I had to update my Secure Boot dbx Configuration Update. But when I tired to update it, it showed me an error. It's said there that I have to ensure that my grub and shim are up to date.
