Your measurement system is spot-on for the best type of home cooking - "That looks about right, " and a "tablespoon" measured by pouring into a cupped hand, not to mention the "1/4 cup" of a/c vinegar poured from the jug. It's nice to see folks cooking this way instead of listing carefully measured portions of everything.

Thanks for sharing your recipe!

I just made this to go with my pulled pork baked potato and I’m telling you. Best sauce I’ve ever tasted. First time for me to make a bbq sauce. So glad I picked your recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Probably the best online recipe I have tried, reminds me of a homemade sauce I had many years ago and haven't been able to duplicate. Probably will try it without salt the next batch and add if needed. Thanks so much for sharing, great video!

What about using a packed 1/4cup of light brown sugar and a 1/4 cup of light agave syrup? The syrup will add a shine to the sauce for glazing.

"That looks about right" is exactly the same measuring system I use. Nice video!

Thanks for this. I watch all these videos and see people adding powder. Nobodies adding fresh garlic which I believe is the key to anything needing garlic. Has to be fresh smashed, chopped, crushed. My recipe pretty much the same except never added lemon juice. Going to try that. I also add a couple tablespoons of molasses and honey. Oh yeah and I use cayenne but going to try the chili powder instead. Thanks.
