WHAT I EAT IN A DAY HIGH PROTEIN & WORKING 9 to 5! 1600 calories, 20 minute dinner, sweating for the wedding!

Thanks for joining me for todays what I eat in a day while I work toward getting a little slimmer for my wedding in October 2024!! I am aiming for 1600-1700 calories a day and 130g of protein! Does that vanilla protein have a sweetness to it at all? I don’t like my coffee real sweet, but I like a little teeny bit of sweetness to my iced coffee.
