Have you read the book Menopause (Your Way) by Dr Barbara Taylor. She's got a you tube tutorial as well, 254 videos so far. She provides the topics and option. She covers heart attack, osteoporosis, alzheimers, breast and uterine cancer. She's got charts for what options...it's brilliant.
I'd avoid any book on the authors experience because it isn't mine. I'd rather history, symptoms, problems in society, and the variety of options and their benefits or drawback
Another book Estrogen Matters is a book by a breast oncologist and psychologist about hormones and links to breast cancer
I'm reading The Vagina Bible right now and have Menopause Manifesto waiting to read next!
I'm all about diversity of thought and what each presenter has to say. You're info is useful and well presented

I loved this video! I have a pretty big menopause library and, as an avid reader, am always looking for a recommendation on another book to add to my collection. Just finished reading Dr Gunter's book! And read Meg Mathew's book too!

May I add that an excellent and one of the best books I've read was "Estrogen Matters" by Avrum Bluming, MD and Carol Tavris, PhD. "Menopause, Your Management, Your Way" by Barbara Taylor, MD was very informative. And a very easy read was "Menopause Confidential" by Tara Allmen, MD. Finally, "Me and My Menopausal Vagina" by Jane Lewis is a great resource about GSM.

And - if you write a menopause book - I'll be first in line to buy it - I've learned so much from you, despite reading and learning from many other books and podcasts. Thank you

In the middle of Menopause Manifesto, it's very helpful, and well written. I agree, the history piece is very interesting.

Hello and thank you for this informative video! I’m just dipping my toe in the BHRT world. Wondering what your opinion is of using Ostaderm? 😊

I’m an RN in women’s health and am going through menopause. I would love to work with and help women in this phase of life.
Where could I get some certification as a nurse and work in this practice?

Are there any books on MTHFR and HRT? I was doing great on topical Estradiol and oral Prometrium HRT but then after a while I started having Gallbladder distention and symptoms of low and high E & P. I have the MTHFR gene mutation which makes me have poor methylation even with folate & methylB12 supplementation. The toxic estradiol metabolites must back up in MTHFR women. I'm curious if pulse dosing is efficacious in managing symptomatic meno MTHFR patients.
